At BloomOS, we believe your business data is yours. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up, create your business profile, add clients, build quotes, schedule work, and use our AI assistant. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, job information, and messages you send to Bloom.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate BloomOS, provide AI-powered suggestions, send you important notifications, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely by Lovable Cloud infrastructure. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only accessible to you and the workspace members you invite.
4. AI and automation
Bloom's AI assistant may read your workspace data to generate recommendations, draft messages, and run automations you set up. AI processing happens through secure, managed AI services. We do not use your data to train public AI models.
5. Payments
Payment information is handled by Stripe. BloomOS does not store your full card details. You can manage billing, update your card, or cancel from the Account & billing page.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may also use basic analytics to understand how the platform is used and improve the experience.
7. Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your data from within BloomOS. If you need help with a data request, contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app.
