Terms of Service

Welcome to BloomOS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BloomOS platform and services. By signing up or using BloomOS, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
BloomOS is a calm, AI-powered business management platform. We provide tools for client management, scheduling, quotes, proposals, marketing, team management, reporting, automations, and an AI assistant. Features and availability depend on your plan.
2. Free trial and billing
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. On day 15, a one-off A$299 setup and onboarding fee is charged together with your first monthly plan payment. You may cancel any time before the trial ends and pay nothing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of your business data. We store it securely, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and only use it to operate and improve the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BloomOS for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform or other users' data.
5. Service changes
We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel or change your subscription from the Account & billing page. Your data remains available until your billing period ends, and you can export it any time before then.
7. Limitation of liability
BloomOS is provided to help you run your business, but we are not responsible for your business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
